”Strong authentication of tomorrow”
Summary:
Futurae (Gartner Cool Vendor, CyberTech100) supports highly regulated companies with seamless end-user authentication, transaction confirmation and fraud detection avoiding support problems. Mikel and Sandra will provide an overview how authentication is evolving, what latest trends are in strong authentication (e.g. context-based adaptive authentication, FIDO2 or other Passwordless solutions) that work for a large variety of different users and corner cases.
Bio:
Sandra Tobler
Sandra worked in the IT space for over 15 years. She worked for IBM in various international roles since 2007. She then supported companies with internationalisation projects out of Zurich and later San Francisco.
In 2016, Sandra co-founded Futurae together with two PhDs from the System Security Group, As a member of boards like the Kick Foundation, Startupticker, the Swiss Startup Association or as Ambassador of Swiss Fintech or in the jury of <<venture>>. Sandra continuously fights for better framework conditions for the Swiss startup ecosystem and in particular a thriving cybersecurity innovation companies in Switzerland.
2020 Sandra named innovator of the year (FIF, Blick, Handelszeitung)
2021 Sandra named for the third time in a row one of Switzerland’s 100 Digital Shapers (BILANZ, Handelszeitung)
